Distribution Center Schlüsselfeld
In the distribution center Schlüsselfeld in the Franconia region of Germany, BLG LOGISTICS has taken over incoming goods, quality inspection, storage and order picking as well as various value added services and goods dispatch for the sports company Puma. From the warehouse in Schlüsselfeld, Germany, Austria and Switzerland are supplied with Puma sporting goods – shoes, textiles and accessories.
The fully automatic high bay warehouse in Schlüsselfeld was built in 1996 and has 17,772 pallet slots. The picking area with more than 40,000 articles is equipped with pick-by-voice technology. A total of 26 packing stations are available in the value-added service area.
In particular on occasions like the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Africa Cup and European Championships, the products are shipped from the distribution center in Schlüsselfeld to destinations around the globe.
