Samag Holding Logistics Spa, a leading Italian group in logistics and transports, which boasts a great deal of experience and expertise in the management and development of specialized services in the sectors of logistics, outsourcing processes and transport for the industrial and large-scale distribution sectors with a total of 4,500 employees, it has acquired BLG Logistics Solutions Italia, the Italian branch of the German multinational BLG Handelslogistik GmbH, having the latter underway, in Europe, a strategy of focusing on its domestic market.
Thanks to this acquisition, Samag Holding Logistics Spa intends to strengthen its presence in the industrial and retail sector by consolidating relationships with customers such as IKEA, Auto1 and Peugeot present in the portfolio of BLG Logistics Solutions Italia.
