The BLG Code of Conduct defines our daily conduct with each other as well as the actions of our employees and management. This conduct always complies with statutory regulations, standards and expectations.
Our Code of Conduct provides our employees with a guideline for their dealings in the national and international business environment as well as in their cooperation with our customers and suppliers. For this reason, we maintain a focus on internal principles and have defined them in detail.
- Working environment: Diversity and equal opportunities, occupational health and safety, sustainability and environmental protection, responsibility of executive managers
- Conduct toward business partners, competitors and authorities: Anti-corruption, dealing with authorities and third parties, donations and sponsoring, fair competition
- Avoidance of conflicts of interest: Own interests, participations
- Protection of corporate values: Protection of property of BLG LOGISTICS, data protection and data security
- Implementation of the Code of Conduct: Obligation to observe the Code, awareness-raising and training courses
Below you will find the contact details for reporting complaints, concerns and objections in connection with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. This applies in particular to human rights and environmental risks and violations along the supply chain and in your own business area. The rules of procedure with further details are also available here. If you are of the justified opinion that there has been a violation of the Code of Conduct, laws or internal company guidelines, you can report your findings, complaints and concerns in an appropriate manner.
