2.  What sources and data do we use?

We have included you in an e-mail distribution list in your capacity as a representative of the media, an organization or an industry association.

In this connection we process

  • Your contact data (name, first name, business contact details)
  • The press body, organization or association you work for
  • An e-mail address
  • A phone number through which you can be contacted

3.  Why do we process your data – purpose of processing – legal basis of processing?

This limited personal data is processed within BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

The legal basis is provided by Art. 6 No. 1 (e) GDPR.

4.  Who obtains your data?

We do not transfer your data to unauthorized third parties.

5.  Is your data transferred to a third country or international organizations?

The transfer of your data to a third country or international organizations is not envisaged.

6. How long do we store your data?

At your request, we erase your personal data (request by e-mail to julia.wagner@blg.de), or if your e-mail address proves to be invalid.

7.  What other data protection rights do you have?

You have the right to obtain from BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG information relating to the personal data concerning you that we process (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the relevant supervisory authority for data protection pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. 8.  What rights to object do you have?

If you have granted consent to the processing of your data (Art. 6 No. 1 (a) or Art. 9 No. 2 (a)), you can withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
