Dr. Pierre Dominique Prümm, Executive Board Member for Aviation and Infrastructure at Fraport AG, was elected as the new Chairman. Prümm was previously Treasurer and a member of the DVF Working Committee. Matthias Magnor, Chief Executive Officer of BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG + Co. KG, was appointed as the new Treasurer. Magnor is already a member of the Presidium and a member of the Working Committee.
Prümm: "I am delighted by the trust placed in me. My aim is to build on the good work done by my predecessors Raimund Klinkner and Frank Dreeke. In Germany's current difficult economic situation, the mobility and logistics sector is a key industry for achieving a turnaround. However, this can only be achieved with the right framework conditions and concerted action by our industry together with politicians. The DVF has presented concrete proposals on where investment, optimization, and transformation are now needed. This is not just a matter of higher investment funds, but also of the bureaucracy and cost burdens that have grown over decades in the industry. We remain at the disposal of the federal government as a think tank and competent advisor with the expertise of our member companies."
The following changes were decided by the DVF Executive Committee:
- Dr. Pierre Dominique Prümm, Member of the Executive Board Aviation and Infrastructure at Fraport AG, is now Chairman of the DVF Presidium and remains a member of the Working Committee.
- Matthias Magnor, Chief Executive Officer of BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG + Co. KG, is now DVF Treasurer and remains a member of the Working Committee.
- Stefanie Petersen, CFO and member of the Management Board of Arverio Deutschland GmbH, will succeed Fabian Amini, Managing Director and CEO of Arverio Deutschland GmbH, on December 1.
- Olaf Schick, Member of the Board of Management for Integrity, Governance, and Sustainability at Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Member of the Board of Management at Mercedes Benz AG, succeeded Renata Jungo Brüngger, former Member of the Board of Management for Integrity, Governance, and Sustainability at Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Member of the Board of Management at Mercedes Benz AG, on November 1.
- Dr. Markus Voss, CEO and member of the Board of Management of DHL Freight Germany Holding GmbH, has succeeded Uwe Brinks, former CEO of DHL Freight, DHL Freight Germany Holding GmbH, with immediate effect.
